Ramrod Minor Affiliates Draft Question?

Commissioners Thought: Once player becomes Yahoo! eligible the Team Manager who owns his rights has until said player comes off waivers to make a corresponding move in order to make room for owned player.
OR:  Players drafted in Deep Dynasty Draft stay free-agent until player reaches Major League. (from BJ)

  1. No, because some owners have already had to make moves in order to make room for said players. Also, there are some owners who don't pay attention and will just add these players to their rosters. That's more work for you Wick.

  2. Moves… oh you mean julio babaron? and Justin Masterson? some real game changers devon.. if you would have had lars anderson you probably would have dropped him. All I'm saying is do you want to have a player that crowds your bench all year and may not be up for the whole year or possibly two?? because if that was the case I would have a whole different drafting strategy. How would you feel if Jason Heyward and Jesus montero didnt get called all year and took two vital roster spots?? Devon you of all people should want this to happen, you are fighting for the money this year. Those two extra spots could be the difference of winning a trophy or not. I thought you finally changed your philosophy about prospects and to regress and do what you did the first two years would not be very productive. (from my prospective).

  3. I agree BJ. So where would Heyward and Montero go? Back in the player pool?

  4. And BJ, you really don't want to be using that tone with me. Don't bite the hand that drives you home.

  5. They would go back into the player pool with hands off privileges. Im not using tone, i using tone loc if you will… it's fair for everyone but we can't implement it till next year im assuming

  6. It did affect who I would have picked. We probably should have pushed back everyone's waiver date till this shit was figured out. For example, Dan and Nathan took awhile to make the first 3 picks. Look who I could have missed out on because of that 2 day difference.
